​​Program Details


​Earn your wings. Today's flight attendants are highly trained, highly skilled and focus on safety as the core of their job function. The Flight Services: Operations and Cabin Management diploma program encourages you to develop career-related skills, knowledge and behaviours to effectively perform a variety of functions required in providing passenger safety and exceptional customer service as you work in the airline industry. Airline travel is business and emphasis is placed on developing a service-driven attitude to service customers while effectively handling the diverse range of safety related duties on the ground and in-flight. Prior to graduation and launching your professional career you’ll have an opportunity to obtain your Seneca College Wings at the Annual Wing Pinning Ceremony.

Courses:

​​​​​​Admission Requirements:


  • A minimum TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 80 (internet based with no test below 20) - TOEFL code 9212, OR
  • IELTS Academic with an overall minimum score of 6.0 (with no single test score below 5.5), OR
  • PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English) score 58
