About UVIC University Pathway Program

โปรแกรม University Pathway Program เป็นโปรแกรมสำหรับเรียนปี 1 ในรูปแบบที่เพิ่มการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษให้มากกว่านักเรียนแคนาเดียน เพื่อรองรับนักเรียนที่มาจากต่างประเทศ โดยนักเรียนจะได้เรียนในแคมปัสของยูวิคร่วมกับนักเรียนแคนาเดียนอื่น ๆ 
ระยะเวลาเรียน 12 เดือน​
  • 10.5 units to complete the program
  • UVic curriculum and instructors
  • smaller first-year classes
  • specialized workshops that are catered to the needs of the students
  • additional academic support through labs and tutorials
  • potential to graduate in 4 years*
*For a 4-year degree program. Engineering is a 5-year program

  • Underclared (Foundational year)
4. สาขา Business (Peter B. Gustavson Schoot)
  • BCom specializing in one of the following areas: International Business, Entrepreneurship or Service Management
  • *Students can apply to the Business program in year 2
5. สาขา Education
  • Elementary, Middle Years, Secondary, Kinesiology, Recreation & Health Education
6. สาขา Engineering
  • Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering
  • *Students can apply to a specific Engineering program upon completion of required courses for program admission
7. สาขา Fine Arts
  • Art History & Visual Studies, Music Theatre, Visual Arts, Writing
8. สาขา Human & Social Development
  • Child & Youth Care, Health Information Science, Public Administration, Social Work
9. สาขา Humanities
  • English, Frence, Germanic & Slavic Studies, Greek & Roman Studies, Hispanic & Italian Studies, History, Latin American Studies, Linguistics, Medieval Studies, Pacific & Asian Studies, Philosophy, Religious Studies, Women's Studies

Language Requirements:
​

  • CAEL 50 with no section less than 40
  • IELTS overall score of 5.5 with a minimum score of 5.0 in each skill area (R/L/S/W)
  • iBT TOEFL score of 71 with no section less than 15 (R/L/S/W)
  • passing grade for level 410 Academic in the ELC 12-Week Program
